
CEO/Executive Director, Chr. Kapodistrias & Sons Ltd
Constantinos Kapodistrias was born in Nicosia in 1968. He graduated from the University of Arizona, USA, in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration (specializing in Human Resource Management). In 1995, he obtained his MBA from the University of Texas in San Antonio, USA. He has been working at KAPODISTRIAS since 1995, and in 2013 he assumed the position of CEO of the company. Today, KAPODISTRIAS employs more than 320 people and has an annual turnover exceeding €40 million. He has participated and continues to participate in dozens of conferences and seminars, both abroad and in Cyprus, relating to the spare parts and automotive industry, as well as financial and business matters, among others.

CEO, RTD Talos
Dr. Alexandros Michaelides is a graduate Mining Engineer and Metallurgist from the National Technical University of Athens – NTUA (1990). After completing his studies, he worked for a year as a researcher at the Physical Metallurgy Laboratory of the NTUA. In 1991 he began the preparation of his doctoral thesis on “Laser processing of copper and its alloys”. 1995, he was awarded a Doctorate in Engineering in the Metallurgy and Materials Technology sector. In 1997, with a Fulbright scholarship, he attended an accelerated postgraduate program in Technology & Innovation Management at Lehigh University and MIT in the USA. He has also attended a series of specialized training programs in technology transfer, the exploitation of research results, commercialization, and technobroking at NASA’s National Technology Transfer Center. In 1995 Mr. Michaelides was hired at the Cyprus Technology Foundation, and from October 1997 until August 2000, he was responsible for the general coordination of the Foundation’s activities. In September 2000, he founded and assumed the general direction of the Development Organization RTD Talos. TALOS focuses its services on research, innovation, technology transfer, small and medium enterprises and regional development.

CEO, Orb Communications
Nicoletta Charalambous founded Orb Communications in 2013 and currently serves as its Managing and Creative Director. With over 20 years of experience in advertising, communication, and marketing, she has led numerous successful campaigns and managed large-scale projects. Her expertise includes extensive oversight, strategic planning, and creative direction of major communication projects. Nicoletta earned her Law Degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Aix-Marseille in France. She began her career in advertising in 2001 as an Account Executive, later advancing to PR Executive. Subsequently, she served as an Account Manager and then as Head of Account Management from 2009 to 2013, prior to taking on her current leadership role at Orb Communications.

CEO of KEAN Group
Andreas Theocharides was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in April 1986. In 2007, he moved to England to pursue his studies and, in 2010, obtained a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
He subsequently returned to Cyprus, where he began his professional career at KPMG in order to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). He remained with the organisation until 2014, advancing to the position of Assistant Manager, with primary responsibilities including the audit of major banking institutions and publicly listed companies.
From 2014 to 2020, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Frou Frou Group of Companies, a company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, marking his first substantial step into the FMCG sector.
In 2020, he joined the global family of PepsiCo as Finance Director for Cyprus. In October 2023, he was promoted to Commercial Director Greece, assuming responsibility for the commercial strategy and overall growth of the organised retail market. In June 2025, he additionally undertook the role of Acting General Manager for Cyprus, with overall responsibility for the market’s strategy, commercial development, and operational performance.
In 2026, he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KEAN Group, a historic and leading organisation in the beverages and FMCG sector in Cyprus. In his role as CEO, he leads the Group’s overall strategic transformation, with a focus on growth, strengthening organisational culture, and the sustainable creation of value for shareholders, partners, and the organisation’s people.

Dr. Evagoras Xydas is the Founder and CEO of IREROBOT LTD, a Cyprus-based deep-tech company developing haptic technologies that bridge humans and machines through touch. His work focuses on wearable haptics, robotics, XR, and accessibility, including ACETT, a sound-to-touch wearable for Deaf and hard-of-hearing users, and HGLOVE, a haptic glove for immersive digital and robotic interaction. With a background in mechanical engineering, robotics, and sensory substitution, he has led funded R&D projects, secured international partnerships, and developed patented technologies aimed at creating more inclusive and multisensory human–technology experiences.

Co-founder Capsule Skateboards
Andreas has been relentlessly prototyping and testing skateboard structures even before the company’s inception. Self-learning on composite hand-laying methods and engineering foundations. A skateboarding enthusiast, an engineering hands-on learner with sales experience of 11 years in consumer-centric markets.
A skateboarder since the age of eight, he renewed his interest in the sport at 27, wondering about the market’s state. When he realised that nothing had changed regarding technology, he was determined to change that.

Founder, Chairman and CEO of Hyperion Group
Dr. Symeon Kassianides is the Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Hyperion Group, a Cyprus-based international technology and engineering group operating in the energy, chemicals and industrial sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he has led the development of advanced digital transformation and AI-driven industrial solutions, including the HYPPOS platform for real-time process optimization and operational intelligence. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD and DIC from Imperial College London. Dr. Kassianides has also served on the boards of several public, private and academic organizations in Cyprus and internationally. He remains actively involved in innovation, research and entrepreneurship, having led internationally funded R&D initiatives and supported the growth of the Cypriot startup ecosystem through mentoring and business incubation activities.
