Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou is Co-CEO of TOTOTHEO GLOBAL, a technology company delivering advanced satellite connectivity and digital solutions across the maritime, enterprise and government sectors. She has played a key role in the company’s expansion into new markets and industry sectors. Her career spans both the private and public sectors, combining commercial insight with a deep understanding of complex operational environments. She serves as President of the Association of Cypriot Professionals in Greece and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB). She is a graduate of the University of Oxford, the Copenhagen Business School, and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
