Life Sciences, Innovation and Business joined in a growth mindset stemming from a BSc Microbiology (Nottingham University), MSc Medical Microbiology (LSHTM) and a Research position held prior to his PhD studies at Imperial College London. A transition from research was then achieved with positions in Pharma Industry followed by another challenge to build an outsourcing model of independent consulting services with collaborations from small to multi-national companies. The continuous involvement with research, innovation and business has led to the parallel collaboration at CyRIC where Nicolas works with both Academia and Industry, to turn scientific ideas into competitive EU-funded projects and further coordinate towards innovative solutions.
