Miriam Marancos is an entrepreneur and creative hospitality professional with a passion for turning ideas into experiences and businesses. She is the founder of The Lemon Club, an Amsterdam-based luxury hospitality studio specialising in private dining, bespoke events and creative concepts, and is currently building SAVR, a food start-up rethinking how we consume protein.
Miriam’s own journey with JA began in Cyprus in 2014, and she has remained an avid ambassador and attendee ever since.
With a background spanning 5-star luxury hotels in Berlin and Munich, Michelin-starred restaurants, international events such as F1 and entrepreneurship, Miriam is particularly interested in emotion and personalisation as a key to success.
Originally from Cyprus and now based in the Netherlands, she is passionate about encouraging young people to think ambitiously, experiment, and create opportunities for themselves.
