I earned a degree in Psychology from Boston College in the USA. After graduating, I returned to Cyprus and worked for a year at Ayia Napa Marina offices. During this time, I realized that my lifelong passion for cooking was something I needed to pursue professionally. I applied for a postgraduate program in Switzerland and, in February 2023, began an intensive six-month course at EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne. While studying, Margherita Artigianale at Ayia Napa Marina was being established. I joined the project in August 2023, where I now combine creativity, hospitality, and a love for food.
