Georgia Paphiti is the CFO for Region EMEA, WM EMEA, and UBS Europe SE, based in Luxembourg and Frankfurt. With over 24 years of experience at UBS within Group Finance in EMEA, Georgia has held various roles, beginning her career in Cyprus before relocating to Luxembourg in 2014. Beyond her professional achievements, Georgia is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, having been actively involved in related initiatives for many years. She served as Co-Chair of the employee network Women & Allies EMEA from 2022 to 2024 and is a sponsor of several employee networks.
