Despina Chrysochou, Executive Director of Cyfield Group, has been involved in the family business from a young age. Before joining full-time, she worked in New York as a Project Manager at a construction company and as a Senior Civil Engineer at a consulting firm. While abroad, she actively contributed to Cyfield’s strategic decisions. Returning to Cyprus, she aimed to expand the business into a European real estate developer and EPC contractor. Despina holds engineering degrees from Northeastern and Columbia University. She is a Professional Engineer, Certified Contractor, and member of A.S.C.E, P.W.C, C.R.E.W, U.L.I, ETEK, and NCCI.
