Plastiras is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Svelta, a technology company developing innovative SaaS solutions for logistics and delivery management. He has co-founded and led several start-ups, including Ergodotisi, the number one job portal in Cyprus. With extensive experience in building scalable businesses and fostering innovation, he focuses on creating technology that empowers retailers, SMEs, and logistics providers to operate more efficiently. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, he serves on the Board of Directors of CDB Bank as Chairman of the Risk Committee, bringing expertise in governance, strategy, and sustainable growth.
