Constantina Kyriacou-Liveri has been working at the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) since 1998, serving in various positions within the Research and Planning Directorate, where she currently holds the position of Senior Officer. She holds a BSc degree in Management Sciences from Warwick University and an MSc degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has extensive experience in planning and conducting labour market studies in Cyprus. She also represents the HRDA on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes (IDEP).
