Dr. Sotiris Themistokleous is Director of Strategic Development at the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), driving initiatives that connect education, labour market transformation, and social innovation. With over 15 years’ experience in more than 80 European projects, he specialises in future skills, emerging professions, and youth employability. His work focuses on equipping individuals with digital, green, and social competencies to thrive in the evolving economy. Through projects like Skills4Future, DIGIPath, and GreenComp for All, he leads cross-sector partnerships that prepare communities for the challenges of the future of work while fostering inclusion, sustainability, and economic resilience.
