Dr. Styliani Petroudi is the Head of the Innovation Department, at the CYENS Centre of Excellence, where she coordinates strategic actions and leads innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology transfer, with applications in health, smart cities, culture, and education. A graduate of the University of Oxford with a DPhil in Information Engineering and a Fulbright scholar, she combines high-level expertise in data science with strong experience in developing innovative solutions. As the EIT Community Officer for Cyprus, she strengthens the innovation ecosystem by connecting start-ups, universities, and industry. She also leads the marketing and educational activities of CYENS, developing training and citizen science programs that empower young people and entrepreneurs, promoting sustainable development, and cultivating the next generation of innovation leaders.
