Christos Ioannou is Head of Private & Affluent Banking at Bank of Cyprus. Having more than 15 years of professional experience in the banking sector, on joining Bank of Cyprus he worked at Corporate Banking and Debt Recovery. Prior to taking charge of Private & Affluent Banking, he was responsible for designing and setting the foundations of the Bank’s Transformation Plan as Chief Transformation Officer, Christos is a Charterholder of the CFA Institute. He also has a degree in Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College at City University, New York. He earned a postgraduate degree in Global Finance at the New School for Social Research, New York.
