Irene Gregoriou oversees Retail Banking, including the branch network, the Group’s insurance companies, General Insurance of Cyprus and Eurolife, and Digital Channels.

From March 2014 to June 2016, she served as Regional Director for the Business Loan Arrears Management Units in Limassol. She then held a director role in the Large Corporates Division until August 2019. From September 2019 to December 2021, she led Human Resources. Between January 2022 and June 2025, she served as Executive Director of Human Resources and Transformation, with responsibility for Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Legal Services and the Bank’s Transformation Office.

Irene holds a BSc in Mathematics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK, and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School, City, University of London. She currently serves on the boards of the IDEA Innovation Centre and Jinius.
