Growing up in a family business teaches you how it works. Stepping outside it teaches you how it could work differently. George Chrysochos shares how experience from Cyfield to international consulting and back again shaped his ambition to take an established business into new markets, sectors and opportunities.

George Chrysochos, Executive Director of Cyfield Group, has been involved in the family business from a young age, gaining experience across all sectors of the business. Before joining full-time, he worked as a consultant for Navigant and McKinsey & Company in the U.S. and Greece, contributing to Cyfield’s strategic decisions. Returning to Cyprus, he aimed to expand the company into a regional civil and EPC contractor and enter the energy market. He holds a Highest Honors B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Stanford. He is a member of ASCE, ETEK, Chi Epsilon, and OEB.
