Sometimes entrepreneurship isn’t the plan. It’s where all the unexpected turns eventually lead you. Filotas Niarchos shares how experiences across communications, sustainability and industry shaped his journey towards co-founding and building a technology business.

He graduated from Athens College in Athens, Greece, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a master’s degree in International Relations and Politics from Queen Mary University of London. He is Co-Owner, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Production Line Manager at AMEN New Technologies. In parallel, he works as a Sales Representative for OIKODOMEIN New ERA and HUMITECH. Previously, he served as Communications Manager at EIT Manufacturing, Communications and Activities Manager at the environmental organisation We4All, and held roles at major telecommunications companies in Greece. He is also an active member and certified Civil Protection volunteer, contributing to emergency-response and community-protection initiatives.
