Mike Golubev is a Tech Lead at Amazon Web Services, where he leads a team of Solutions Architects helping enterprises across Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia build scalable cloud infrastructures and adopt new technologies. With more than 20 years in IT and over 6 at AWS, he heads the region’s generative and agentic AI technical field initiatives, advising C-level leaders across industries on how to move from AI strategy to specific outcomes. His experience covers both digital-native businesses and traditional enterprises modernizing their operations. Before AWS, he worked at the international distributor Ingram Micro, helping telcos across EMEA introduce cloud services.
