Professor Dimitris Drikakis is Vice-President for Global Partnerships and Dean of the School of Sciences and Engineering at the University of Nicosia. A world-recognised expert for turning research findings into industrial applications in mechanical engineering and aeronautics. His current research focuses on developing artificial intelligence algorithms for high-precision flow-field analysis, with applications in aerospace, biomedicine, and the environment, as well as in modelling aerosol-borne pandemics and medical diagnostics.
