Niki Ioannou-Chandriotou is the Director of CytaBusiness, Cyta’s business unit serving the corporate and public sectors in Cyprus. She is responsible for the unit’s strategic direction and commercial growth, leading the development of integrated technology solutions that address the evolving needs of organisations of all sizes.
Under her leadership, CytaBusiness continues to strengthen its role as a trusted technology partner, expanding beyond traditional telecommunications into cloud and ICT solutions, data centre services, cybersecurity and digital transformation. Her focus is on customer experience, innovation and long-term partnerships that help businesses become more connected, secure and resilient.
Throughout her career at Cyta, Niki has led major technological and commercial initiatives, including the evolution of the fixed telephony network, the development of cloud services through the Cloud Marketplace, the commercial deployment of Fibre-to-the-Home infrastructure and the introduction of advanced cybersecurity services for business customers.
Combining a strong engineering background with extensive commercial and leadership experience, she brings together technology and business strategy to create sustainable value for both customers and Cyta.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM).
