CO-OWNER, SALT & FIRE, COR GASTRONOMY, BIGA NEAPOLITAN PIZZA & HERITAGE VENUE George Chimonides graduated with an MEng in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Bath. With a professional background as a civil engineer, he has worked in London and Qatar before moving to Cyprus. There, he completed his ACA Chartered Accounting degree at PwC. In 2019, he founded the acclaimed Salt & Fire restaurant. Building on this success, he launched Heritage Venue in 2021 and, in 2024, expanded his culinary ventures with Biga Neapolitan Pizza and COR Gastronomy. George Chimonides is a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to creating unique dining experiences and innovative business ventures.
