MANAGING DIRECTOR, OTHON GHALANOS GROUP Elena Ghalanos was born in Famagusta. She graduated from Foley's Grammar School in Limassol and then studied Industrial and Business Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has held various managerial positions and since 2020 she has taken over as Managing Director of the Othon Ghalanos Group of Companies, which was founded in 1929, representing the 3rd generation of the family in the family business. She is continuing her studies in wines and spirits at the Level 4 Diploma with WSET (Wine & Spirits Educational Trust) under the guidance of the Institute of Masters of Wine.
