Michalis Petrou is a graduate of the University of Cyprus with a degree in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance, and he holds the Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification. From a young age, he was actively involved in the family business, gaining experience across all stages of production and trade. Today, as Commercial Director, he leads the export, import, and marketing departments, managing customer relations and driving the development of new products, categories, and packaging. With a vision for innovation and continuous growth, he played a key role in expanding Halloumi exports to over 42 countries, introducing new product lines such as fresh milk, natural juices, and plant-based beverages. His efforts have strengthened the company’s dynamic presence and leading position in the Cypriot dairy industry.
