Yiannis Ierokipiotis was born in Nicosia in 1981. He holds a degree from the School of Food Quality Control Technology, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and specialized training in artisanal bakery in Germany. He is married to Sylvia Mouzouridou, and they have one son, Konstantinos. A popular saying, “we are what we eat,” shaped his childhood, academic, and professional career. Since 2018, through Wood N’ Fire Artisan Bakery, Yiannis and Sylvia offer fresh, artisanal clean-label products, prioritizing social responsibility towards their customers.
