Dr. Paris A. Fokaides is a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Frederick University and Head of the Sustainable Energy Research Group (SERG). He is both an academic and an entrepreneur, serving also as Founder and Managing Director of Euphyia Tech Ltd, a spin-off company specializing in sustainability and smartness assessment of the built environment. Over the past 15 years, SERG and Euphyia have successfully attracted significant competitive research funding from European and national sources, establishing a strong track record in innovation. Dr. Fokaides has authored over 150 scientific publications and is listed among the top 2% of the most influential scientists worldwide in the field of energy.
