Growing up immersed in his family’s business, Michael P Leptos had the unique chance to understand the Cypriot real estate market, its operations, traditions and future. Completing his studies in Financial Mathematics (UK) and Entrepreneurship & Innovation (US), he came back to Cyprus to rejoin the Leptos Group. Now, being with the company for nearly half a decade, Michael holds a position in the Executive Management team. With this role, Michael’s main responsibilities involve overseeing high-level tasks whilst at the same time bridging the communication and operations across the levels of the Group’s hierarchy. This hands-on approach allows him to refine processes, gain new insights and contribute to the Group’s continued growth.
