Her journey in the hospitality sector began in 2014, when, still a student, she worked during the summer period as a trainee receptionist at one of the hotels that today belong to the Leonardo Hotels Group, before their acquisition in 2017. At the end of 2017, having completed her studies in Business and Management at Birmingham City University, she was entrusted with the creation and leadership of the first Human Resources Department for the group’s three hotels at that time. Today, as Group Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for seven hotel units, supported by a dynamic team of five professionals, while we are also preparing to add three new units to our portfolio. Having started from the ground up, she deeply understand the needs of the hotel industry and feel especially proud to represent the Group in this role at such a young age.
