Pavlos Kyriakou is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Amaro Group, with more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, technology and business development. Since 2017, he has helped develop the Group’s portfolio, including Bottega Amaro, Aigaion, Istorja Concept and Café, Qboo Bakehouse and Luncheonette. Previously, he co-founded Fedora Entertainment, developing hospitality concepts in Cyprus and Germany. His earlier career included senior sales, market development and alliance management roles at Microsoft, alongside positions at HS Data and PwC. He holds a BSc in Business Economics and Computing from the University of Surrey and combines entrepreneurial drive with a passion for hospitality.
