Pangratios joined KPMG in Cyprus in 2003 and was admitted to the Board in 2017. Over the years, he has established himself as a leader and innovator in the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem of Cyprus, where he is widely recognized for his contribution. Since 2014, he has been leading the KPMG Startup Innovation Lab, supporting entrepreneurs in transforming their ideas into successful businesses. He is assisting teams with their strategic and financial planning,  going to market and growth strategy, their financial modeling and capital funding process. He hosts and moderates panels on a variety of issues that deal with the entrepreneurial journey and leadership. He also has extensive experience auditing clients across banking, insurance, technology and capital markets and is deeply engaged in alternative finance initiatives, including funds. Within KPMG Cyprus, he leads and contributes to several committees and groups and co-leads the Accounting Advisory group, delivering insights, consultation and training on financial reporting issues both internally and externally. He Chairs the financial services committee of ICPAC.
