With an academic background in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Project Management at University of Reading, I began my professional journey in the Operations department of Unihalls Student Accommodation. Unihalls originated as the ambitious vision of my father during the 2013 financial crisis—a vision which, through commitment and hard work, I and my team have transformed into the leading brand in the student accommodation sector. I later assumed responsibility for the Operations of the entire group, which I have been proudly leading since 2018. With over a decade of experience, I have built a career grounded in strong negotiation capabilities, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous professional development. I have also been instrumental in driving technological innovation across the organization and in fostering greater female representation within our workforce. My vision is to continue developing innovative, forward-looking projects in Cyprus and beyond, while remaining true to the human-centered values instilled by the previous generation.
